Flash Media Pricing
Prices subject to change without notice. Flash media pricing is very volatile and any prices quoted should be confirmed before your order is placed. USB flash drives, MP3 or MP4 players do not include any accessories and packaging, these will be added as the additional items. Minimum order quantities vary with items, less than MOQ may be available for an additional charge.
Turn Times
Xpress Turn drives available in 1-5 business days based upon availability. Standard turn time 10-14 business days for most drives, custom packaging, and players. Turn time starts at time of artwork approval.
Artwork Requirements
Logo artwork is requested print ready in Vector formats of .EPS, .AI, .PDF. Raster based artwork in compressed files such as .JPG, .TIF, .PSD are not recommended for most drive print processes and may not be accepted. Recreation in a vector format may be necessary for best quality imprinting. Logos will be sized for best print quality before virtual proofs. Custom Logo creation and typesetting available. Accepted Program Versions: Adobe design program files for PC/MAC save to compatible version CS3. PC QuarkXPress accepted in up to version 7, Mac Quark files please export as .EPS for submittal.
Imprinting
One position logo imprint is free of charge, second side/position printing add 50¢ per unit. Free setups on most of our items. Imprinting method varies depending on the drive material: 4 color process print, laser engraving, silk screening, heat stamping or epoxy dome printing available. Epoxy dome printing requires a $150 per logo/side set-up fee.
Data Preloading / Autorun
Free data loading on most drives. Quick turn data loading available on client supplied drives. We can also do Auto-Runs, Volume labels, Custom Icons, Non Removable Data and Password protected drives call for details.
Samples / Proofing
Non working or ‘Dummy’ sample drives are available at no cost but may have limited availability. Digital virtual proofs provided free. Please check proofs carefully before approval. Production time starts after the artwork proof has been approved. Physical one-off proof printed samples with your custom logo available on most drives.
Custom Drives and Colors
Custom Pantone Matching System drive colors available on some models, minimum quantities may apply. Custom shapes or drive designs available.
